This is a registered organisation existing in the city of Cologne since1982. It is an association of artists whose main aim is to promote Malayalam theatrical performances in Germany. Until now Darsana has staged 14 Dramas. Darsana gives utmost importance to perfection and each of its Dramas was acclaimed by the public as excellent work of art. The Organisation aims at generating the interest of the second generation of Malayalees living in Germany in Indian cultural activities by allocating to them appropriate roles in the Dramas it stages. In addition Darsana creates specific Skits to be staged by its JUNIOR THEATRE GROUP. Over thirty Malayalee families are involved in ushering the activities of Darsana Theatres and hence the patron organisation DARSANA FAMILY came into being.It is Darshana Theatres who brought out the first compact disk in Malayalam in Germany, comprising the songs of the dramas staged by it.
