Started in the city of Cologne in 1994 as an organization to foster Indian Classical and Folk dances. Main aim of this school is to train students in Indian classical dances and different folklore. Students are trained by Mrs.Savithri Emmanuel, a veteran dance teacher. Presently 22 students are being given coaching in Dances.

Kasthuri Salankai Oli organizes a dance program for the public every two year showing the talents of the upcoming artists. "Salankai Oli" celebrated its 8th anniversary in April 2002. Highlight of this porgram was a classical Indian dance "Varnam" presented by senior students.
